Service Commercialisation

The Challenge:
One Care wanted to explore the commercial potential of their internal service offers and prepare select services for market.

​

Our Work:
We led a structured review of One Care’s service portfolio, assessing each offer against key criteria including scalability, internal capability, market demand, and commercial viability. We worked across teams to define service boundaries, align resources, and shape offers that could be commissioned externally.

The Outcome:
A development roadmap outlining which services to take forward, with clear recommendations on positioning, delivery, and operational readiness for external commissioning.

Cloud-Based Telephony

​

The Challenge:
A GP Federation wanted to improve consistency and access by implementing cloud-based telephony across its member practices.

​

Our Work:
We scoped the functionality of leading telephony providers and carried out a benefits realisation exercise. We also worked directly with practices to understand adoption barriers and operational needs.

​

The Outcome:
We led the move to a single provider across the federation, improved telephone access, supported data-driven demand management, and helped implement a consistent, integrated telephony model.

Digital Access Hub

​

The Challenge:
A GP Federation was receiving rising volumes of online consultation requests and wanted to support practices through a centralised model.

​

Our Work:
We led engagement sessions with practices to define the model and clinical pathways. Working with the online consultation provider, we co-developed the tool to enable the desired way of working. We also secured external funding to support implementation and developed the workforce to operate the new service.

​

The Outcome:
A clinically led, high-quality Digital Access Hub that now processes online consultation requests on behalf of member practices.

Community Paramedics

The Challenge:
A community provider wanted to introduce a paramedic workforce to support care delivery in the community.

​

Our Work:
We worked with the provider to define the role and develop a tailored job description. We supported recruitment and implemented a clinical governance framework alongside a development offer for clinicians new to community care.

​

The Outcome:
A fully recruited team of community paramedics working to a defined scope with clear clinical oversight and development support.

​
